ATMOS GUEST GUIDELINES

These guidelines form part of the terms of entry and use of Atmos Steam Bali facilities, including sauna, steam domes, cold plunge pools, lounge areas, and restaurant spaces. By entering the premises, all guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies outlined below. These standards are designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and a respectful shared experience for everyone.

1. Health & Safety Requirements

  • Showering is required before entering any pool or plunge pool to maintain water hygiene standards for all guests.
  • Jumping or diving into pools or plunges is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Guests who are feeling unwell, or who have open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions, must postpone their visit.
  • When using lounge furniture, a towel or sarong must be placed between the body and the surface at all times.
  • Proper swimwear or appropriate spa attire is required in all wet areas.
  • Guests must remain adequately hydrated and are encouraged to drink water regularly, particularly after each sauna or steam session.
  • Guests must immediately exit any facility if experiencing dizziness, discomfort, or signs of overheating.

2. Facility Usage Rules (Sauna, Steam & Cold Plunge)

  • Pouring water, oils, or any substances onto heaters or sauna stones is strictly prohibited, as this may cause injury, equipment damage, or unsafe heat conditions. This is permitted only during approved private bookings under direct staff supervision.
  • Personal whisks (veniks), fans, leaves, or similar equipment are not permitted for general use. Such items may only be used during privately booked sessions with prior written approval and staff supervision.
  • Guests must follow all staff instructions at all times to ensure safe and proper use of sauna, steam, and cold plunge facilities.
  • Glass items are not permitted in any wet areas to prevent injury or breakage.
  • To ensure fair access and guest comfort, time spent in hot facilities should be reasonable during peak hours.
  • Guests may be held financially responsible for damage to facilities or equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted guidelines or staff instructions.

3. Guest Conduct & Behaviour Policy

  • Atmos is a relaxation-focused environment. Guests are expected to maintain calm, respectful behaviour at all times, particularly outside designated lounge areas.
  • Loud, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct that disturbs other guests is not permitted and may result in removal from the premises.
  • Mobile phones must remain on silent mode at all times.
  • Professional photography, videography equipment, or drones are not permitted without prior written approval from Atmos management.
  • Filming or photographing guests or staff without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Phone calls are not permitted inside sauna, steam, plunge, or other wet zones.

4. Food, Alcohol & Substance Policy

  • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes.
  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Atmos reserves the right to confiscate or require the surrender of smoking or vaping devices while on site.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for a personal water bottle or tumbler.
  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted on site.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair judgment, coordination, or physical condition are not permitted to use sauna, steam, plunge, or other hot facilities.
  • Oils, fragrances, herbal infusions, or chemical substances may not be brought into steam domes or applied to heating elements.

5. Age Restrictions & Access Policy

  • To ensure a calm and safe environment, guests must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

6. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Please keep personal belongings under your supervision at all times.
  • While we do our best to assist, Atmos cannot accept responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen items

7. Restaurant & On-Site Dining Policy

  • Last food orders are accepted until 9:30 PM.
  • Guests must inform staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements prior to ordering.
  • Atmos is not liable for allergic reactions or related incidents where allergies or dietary restrictions were not disclosed in advance.
  • All food and beverages are non-refundable once prepared, including in cases where taste, preference, or selection does not meet individual expectations.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, food and beverages are not permitted in pools, plunge pools, steam domes, or other wet facilities

8. Enforcement & Right to Refuse Service

To maintain a safe, respectful, and properly managed environment, Atmos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• Refuse entry to any individual
• Remove a guest from the premises
• Suspend or revoke membership without refund in cases of serious or repeated non-compliance with these guidelines
Atmos decisions regarding enforcement of these policies are final.

9. Acceptance of Terms


By entering Atmos premises, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all guidelines and policies outlined above.
