Steam
More than heat — Steam softens, opens, and carries. It prepares the body, quiets the mind, and creates space for transformation. We work with gentle temperatures, as they allow for deeper muscular release and more effective nervous system relaxation.
Each session is led by a trained guide who holds the rhythm, pours steam over you, and offers vibrational whisking — aligned with Steam protocols and your personal intention for the journey.
Guidance
A distinct collective rhythm unfolds in the dome — heat, silence, breath held together. Between rounds, the lounge becomes a vibrant social hub, where relaxation meets interaction, if you choose to lean in.
Community
Acoustic instruments like jaw harps, drums, and singing bowls aren’t for performance — they hold space: steady, immersive, deeply felt. Rhythm meets heat, helping the body release and the mind arrive.

Whisks & Herbs
Birch, oak, or eucalyptus branches are used to stimulate circulation and ground awareness in the body, while wild or locally sourced herbs infuse the steam with warmth, scent, and gentle support.

These 10–15 minute sessions run all day in both of our dome-shaped saunas, following a rotating schedule.
Each round is a focused ritual led by a skilled guide—blending heat, aroma, sound, and movement. Some sessions are calming and sensory, others energizing and intense. From gentle leafwork to high-heat activation, each experience is crafted to meet the body where it is and support a natural shift in state.
