SOFT LEAVES TOUCH
A gentle steam ritual focused on care and warmth. Soft eucalyptus leaves move slowly across the body, wrapping you in heat and attention.
GENTLE FANNING
Linen fans create smooth waves of aromatic steam. Light, rhythmic movements bring calm warmth and quiet relaxation.
SELF GUIDED
A hands-on steam experience where we teach you the basics of leafwork, then invite you to practice together. Part masterclass, part session — a space to learn, explore, and play with the ritual.

The Rhythm of Steam and Cold at Atmos

At Atmos Steam Bali in Uluwatu, our short guided steam sessions are designed to work in cycles. Every 15 to 30 minutes, new rounds begin inside our dome saunas, creating a steady rhythm of heat, rest, and cold exposure. This format allows you to move naturally between sauna and cold plunge, building your own contrast therapy experience throughout the day.

Unlike a single long treatment, these short steam rituals invite repetition. You enter the heat, cool down in the ice plunge or pool, rest, and return again. Over time, this cycling supports circulation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall vitality.
